Clean Watersheds Needs Survey (CWNS)

A survey of wastewater infrastructure investment needs over 20 years undertaken by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Wastewater Management in conjunction with the states every four years. The CWNS is required by the Clean Water Act.
